Dave Marani

Born August 10, 1973. He attended the Conservatory of Cesena, Bruno Maderna and graduated in oboe.
Autodidact began singing and playing keyboards, playing covers in pubs, thus transforming a hobby in his own job.
Began almost immediately to try and compose.
In 1997-2000 took part in the project Countermove, which once ended gave him the possibility to provide the voice for dozens of projects as a freelance musician, collaborating with various producers and DJs.
Nourishes a spreading interest for various types of music: pop, jazz, heavy metal, rock, prog ....
But the styles he most naturally composes and creates are lounge and chill-out.
Enthusiast since childhood about Depeche Mode, for their dark atmosphere, for the arrangements and melodies, all unconsciously equates to being able to mix with his compositional flair, creating an electro-pop genre, based mostly on melodies in counterpoint, lying on pads immersive sound and groove.
Under the pseudonym Didascalis collaborates with Andrea Corelli's M.O.D.A. - Music Fashion, releasing the album "Beautiful Strange Memories Of A Summer Breeze", from which several tracks have been included on numerous compilations.
The meeting with Alexandra Peters, musicologist, opens the way of deep house and minimal starting to experiment without losing his own style and sound, but initiating the project Noi§e§ BeYond.
With this project, still on M.OD.A - Fashion Music, the single "Snows In Another World" (2009) sees the light.
